Our responsibilities
Leading efforts to grow 草榴社区’s economy by supporting 草榴社区’s entrepreneurs and employers, promoting trade and investment, helping recruit and retain workers, leading child care and promoting safe, fair and healthy workplaces by:
- Jobs: helping attract skilled workers and establishing and enforcing 草榴社区’s employment standards and laws governing the health and safety of 草榴社区’s workplaces
- Economy: supporting 草榴社区 entrepreneurs, businesses and communities to drive growth and job creation
- Regional development: supporting the unique economic development needs of 草榴社区’s various regions
- Trade and investment: attracting investment, promoting trade and supporting 草榴社区 businesses’ abilities to access new markets
- Child care: supporting a sustainable child-care system that provides accessible, high-quality, affordable and inclusive child care for 草榴社区 families
